House Rules

Thanks for staying with us. A few simple guidelines keep the space comfortable for you, for future guests, and for our neighbors.

🍁Also…

We are a 420-friendly property. It’s legal to buy, possess, and consume in Washington State, but there are few places you’re actually allowed to consume it. Here are the places it’s technically illegal to consume your tasty weed products:

  • Parks, sidewalks, and hiking trails

  • Bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues

  • Vehicles (both parked and moving)

  • Federal land, national parks, and federal buildings

  • Hotels or rentals with no-smoking/no-cannabis policies

Aren’t rules fun??? Check them out here.

General Hospitality

  • Treat the space as you would your own home: respect the furniture, decor, and shared spaces.

  • Please leave the apartment in reasonably tidy condition at checkout (dishes done, trash bagged).

  • Have at the pantry - filled with dry goods like salt, pepper, oils and spices (plus whatever random shit got left behind by the last guest).
You’ll also find extra garbage bags and reusable shopping bags there.

  • Check-in and checkout times are as listed on your reservation. Message us if you need flexibility.

  • Reach out anytime with questions or issues. We'd rather help than have you troubleshoot alone. Text/WhatsApp Lindsay 13602204220

Smoking, Vaping & Marijuana

  • Marijuana consumption is welcome on site. It’s legal here, isn’t it?! Here are our fave Pot Shops

  • All smoking and vaping, including marijuana, must be done outdoors. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the apartment.

  • Please be mindful of neighbors and keep smoke/vapor away from shared walkways and windows.

Quiet Hours

  • Weekdays: 9pm–8am ~ Weekends: 10pm–9am

  • There are working tenants in the unit above, so we ask for lower noise levels (music, voices, footsteps) during these hours.

Occupancy & Guests

  • Only registered guests on the reservation may stay overnight.

  • No parties or events of any kind.

Pets

  • No pets are permitted on the property. Be aware the upstairs tenants have a dog.

Safety

  • The property is monitored by exterior cameras on public-facing sides only, for the safety of guests and neighbors. No cameras are present inside the unit or in private outdoor areas.

A Few More Notes

  • Please don't rearrange or remove furniture or art.

  • Lock up (doors and windows) when you leave and at night.

  • Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as you notice them.
